November 2014 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured six existing tenant leases during the third quarter 2014, inclusive of one which provided an existing tenant with an expansion into a larger space. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.

September 2014 – SHOPPING CENTER REFINANCE – D.B. Commercial secures a new $2,781,300, 10-year permanent loan for a 22,000 square foot shopping center in trendy Sawtelle corridor in West Los Angeles, California. D.B. Commercial pursued multiple options to refinance the debt which was timed to take advantage of the historically low interest rate environment once the prepayment penalties under the prior financing had diminished to a favorable level.

August 2014 – 100% OCCUPANCY AT CENTER UNDER MANAGEMENT – With the execution of a new lease to a third party tenant, a shopping center under management in the San Gabriel Valley reaches 100% occupancy.

August 2014 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured four existing tenant leases during the second quarter 2014. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.

June 2014 –RESTAURANT LEASE RENEWAL – D.B. Commercial secures a 5-year lease extension valued at $405,000 for a restaurant tenant in a mixed use center under management in the trendy Sawtelle Corridor district in West Los Angeles, California.

April 2014 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured seven existing tenant leases during the first quarter 2014. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.

May 2014 – 24,000 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a lease extension with an existing industrial user valued at $200,000 in an industrial asset under management in Commerce, California.

March 2014 – PACIFIC DENTAL LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a new lease with Pacific Dental for 2,700 square feet in a deal valued at approximately $970,000 in a shopping center under management in San Diego, California. This lease represents one component in a building repositioning effort wherein a prior Blockbuster Video space will be divided into three separate premises to better position the building to achieve the highest possible rent per square foot and be better suited for active tenants in the marketplace.

February 2014 – RADIOSHACK LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a 5-year lease renewal for RadioShack in a shopping center under management in Huntington Beach, California.

January 2014 – 100% OCCUPANCY AT CENTER UNDER MANAGEMENT – With the execution of a new lease to a third party restaurant tenant, a shopping center under management in Huntington Beach reaches 100% occupancy.

January 2014 – RESTAURANT LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a new 5-year lease valued at $200,000 for a vacant restaurant space in a shopping center under management in Huntington Beach, California.

January 2014 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured four existing tenant leases during the fourth quarter 2013. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.
