October 2016 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured five existing tenant leases during the third quarter 2016. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.

August 2016 – NEW RETAIL LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a 3-year lease with new retailer for a vacant retail space in a shopping center under management in Huntington Beach, California brining the center’s occupancy up to 95%.

July 2016 – RESTAURANT LEASE RENEWAL – D.B. Commercial secures a 5-year lease extension valued at $340,000 for a restaurant tenant in a mixed use center under management in the trendy Sawtelle Corridor district in West Los Angeles, California.

July 2016 – NEW OFFICE LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a new 4-year lease for 3,100 square feet of second floor office space for a mixed-use center under management in West Los Angeles, California. With the closing of this transaction, the center is currently 100% leased.

July 2016 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured seven existing tenant leases during the second quarter 2016. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 100%.

April 2016 – RESTAURANT LEASE RENEWAL – D.B. Commercial secures a 5-year lease extension for restaurant tenant valued at over $515,000 in a use center under management in Huntington Beach, California.

April 2016 – AFTERS ICE CREAM LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a new 5-year lease with trendy After’s Ice Cream for a vacant retail space in a shopping center under management in Orange County, California. The tenant replaced a prior tattoo shop as part of a re-tenanting plan to revitalize the strip center.

April 2016 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured thirteen existing tenant leases during the first quarter 2016. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 93%.

March 2016 – PROPERTY TAX APPEAL – D.B. Commercial successfully appeals the direct assessments for Property Taxes on a Fullerton California shopping center under management. The resulting refunds provided substantial savings to the shopping center’s tenants and landlord alike.

February 2016 –NEW WAREHOUSE LEASE – D.B. Commercial secures a new 5-year lease for 42,000 square feet of warehouse space in a deal valued at $1,300,000 for an industrial building within an industrial portfolio under management in Commerce, California.

January 2016 – RESTAURANT LEASE RENEWAL – D.B. Commercial secures a 5-year lease extension for restaurant tenant valued at over $450,000 in a use center under management in Los Angeles County, California.

January 2016 – QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LEASING – D.B. Commercial has re-secured four existing tenant leases during the fourth quarter 2015. Existing tenant retention within the portfolio for expiring leases during the quarter was 75%.
